The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped.
I thought Ron understood the reason I had problems with this load,but after I left + feedback for him,he feels compelled to say I "put him off" for over a month. It was actually more like two weeks when I first informed him that the trailer I was going to use for his shipment got yanked from me and given to a cheaper bidder.I had him start looking for another way to ship while continuing to try to find another trailer so I could still do it! I refunded the uship fee to him,to avoid cancelation!!
