Ronny had some bad luck with his truck so it took a lot longer than I expected to get my bike. It arrivied last night and was in good shape, he had taken good crare of it. I would use his services again

Was told 2 weeks and now it's been 4 weeks. And still no bike. No returns of calls or emails. They keep coming up with excuses one after another. Filed complaint with uship and paypal for a full refund. Bad business, beware !!!

Response from rkrtransport: At no time were we informed that this gentlemen was disgruntled with the fact that we had a delay picking up his bike. We have been in contact with him and updated him on the delay and he bike was set to be picked up on Thursday. We have refunded his money in full and apologize for any inconvenience to him. We are not mind readers, we do not know a person is unhappy unless they tell us. He overreacted and left bad feedback without even contacting us about what issues he was having.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
Due to a ocean freight schedule change, my flexibility has been reduced to a range of dates that RKR could not accomodate. Not RKR's fault at all! I would do business with them again!
