Customer no longer needs their item(s) shipped.
Customer did not put c/card on file with uship to prepay fees, so I asked for a deposit to cover that amount. Shipment was over 2 months away, so I would have been out of pocket for the fees. Customer was unwilling to live up to her "Book It Now" price, and cancelled rather than pay a deposit.

Response from rjaye60: This was my first experience with Uship and must admit knew nothing regarding the c/card. This cancellation resulted from a very personal nature. It certainly had nothing to do with cancelling rather than pay a deposit. I am sorry for the inconvenience. After hearing from you and how you address your soon-to-be clients, I would not use your services. Your negative comments are really unfortunate.
