I have been running a Family Owned and Operated Moving Company for the past 2 1/2 years. We are extremely careful and Professional when relocating customers items. When we Transport boat trailers we Always lock the latch on the trailer tongue to prevent it from being removed during transport. We take extreme caution when Transporting items for other people. Our customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We always do a Written Condition Report Along with Pictures of the condition, and have it signed by someone at the pick up point, at the drop off point and by the driver. If lights on the trailer does not work, we will do what we can within reason to get them working, we do have magnetic lights if needed to use.
