very poor service,i never seen bad service like dustin did to me,he said hi will pick up my car 8/18,but hi picked car 8/19,and i needed to pay another storage fee,and he did not helped me,he brought a lot of problems to me

Yes i did agree to pick up the car on 8/18 but was not told it was a business location. Bid was acccepted around 2 pm and I was expected to be able to get my driver to the business before 4:30 pm. He was still 4 hours away at that time. We were there to pickup at opening hours the next day and delivered straight to customer. We even put 2 quarts of oil into the car so that it would not burn the motor up loading and unloading it because it was low. I suppose some people just can't be pleased

Extrememly nice shipper...very professional. We both got 'shafted' somewhat by the buyer but couldn't have dealt with a nice guy as Phil is.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment In the bid details i placed on 12/7, I put would pickup on 12/9. Bid wasn't accepted until 12/10 when our truck had already left the area. Very nice people to deal with as the other shipment went great.

Unfortunately we will be unable to transport this shipment for you, one of my drivers was killed in a loading dock incident yesterday. I have made the decision, being a small company, to cancel all pending "over-the-road" hauls in order for everyone to have a period of mourning and attend the services of our dear friend.
