There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
Office closed during all of customers calls - payment terms are listed on our profile - which clearly states at delivery confimation - so by accepting our bid - shipper agreed to prepayment - which is now an issue - so we cannot accomodate needs of the shipper, based on not agreeing to our terms of transfer listed on our profile.
