Rating: Cancellation Left by: Greyhound (121 ) On: 11/1/2009 For: 1 No packaging required and more	I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period I made several phone calls & e-mails to get specific shipment information & customer did not supply this information. I even agreed to a rescheduling after finally being able to talk to the customer yesterday. As of today & despite sending yet another information request & phone call this morning, I still have not received the requested information. I have several e-mail delivery receipts to support my position. No objection to this cancellation. My customer service record speaks for itself!!

Rating: Cancellation Left for: Greyhound (121 ) On: 11/1/2009 For: 1 No packaging required and more	The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time was suppose to pick up items on the 19th or 20th of october,did not pick them up because he said he did not hane one of the addresses and value of items,sent email with details ,even contacted the person by phone Response from Greyhound: After making several e-mail requests (for which I have e-mail delivery receipts) & phone calls, the information requested was not supplied. I even agreed to reschedule after finally getting in touch with the customer & sending yet another info request--that also not replied to! It's very hard to pick something up without knowing where to get it from! Nor do I load without insured values & other shipment info! My excellent customer customer service & punctuality records speak for themselves!
Rating: Negative Left for: monalb (7) On: 10/25/2009 For: Pontiac : GTO	received my car,hood was smashed by transporter,very un professional,when I called company to file a claim,they said email pics ,dont worry ,your fully insured,4 days pass nothing I call back,they gave me a number to call ,for the transporters insurance,they have insurance ,but for some reason ,it is going through other company,they said they would take care of everything,yeah right,lip service,never hire a broker ,deal direct,they will never get my business again
