although the Driver was outstanding, the dispatcher tried to charge me additional money for his own scheduling problems

We arrived on site the day scheduled. The vessel was still in the water. Our driver waited a day and a half for the vessel to be lifted, after the vessel was lifted our driver took it upon himself to assist in preping your vessel at no addictional cost. Further more the delay charges were waived. Happpy sailing Dale
