The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I said pref Tuesday/Wed then corrected to Wed/Thurs soon after (same day) BEFORE we had firmed anything up. He said "will get it done on Thursday". Took day off work to be around, on the day, he said he couldn't make it afterall. Re arranged for Monday. Monday - No show at allotted time. Phoned, no answer. Txt'd, no response. around 24hrs later, I received a txt and he cancelled. Didn't even let us know he'd not picked up. Not fair on me, the other end or other uShip service providers who bid.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period complete waste of time no contact ,not answering the phone no way to do businesss
WASTE OF TIME EFFORT Response from rich15: I contacted the guy he already picked his item up I got his booking on Sunday by Monday he canceled . He did not ring me what so ever he must off bin ringing the wrong number checked my call logs no missed calls or messages at all . I got a message off a private number after he canceled to say he collected it and he didn't want me to call him back

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We had booked Rich to pick up the sofa from Wigan. He had advised he would pick up between 8am and 10am this morning, he did not and we were unable to contact him by phone, email or text. He has not called to apologise or explain why he wasn't there, therefore we would like a full refund of our deposit and to cancel the job. Many thanks Chris

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The courier said it would be collected on friday 17th, then cancelled and said it would be the morning of saturday 18th and then was uncontactable all of that say and ignored all texts and phonecalls. Finally he told me on sunday that he couldnt do it for a while as his child had been ill.
i have had to collect the item myself now so the service was not provided when agreed.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I’ve said it all in my email to customer support. This so called transporter did not turn up on the agreed date, has given me no communication except his van has broken down which I think is a lie as if you look at his numerous cancellations he seems to always be either breaking down or not turning up.
Although I know that this so called transporter has not had his credentials checked I believe that it is unfair not to allow his cancellations count as feedback as this would truly reflect this
