BEWARE!!! THE WORST!! Took way too long to deliver, as he passed it off to two other deliverers, and after 3 months, still has not given me the ownership papers, that were to be delivered with this vehicle. BS excuses all day long.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Mr. Robert Hendricks contacted me to let me know that he cannot complete the transaction and that he will refund the money that I sent him for the transport. Mr. Hendricks is having vehicle problems.
PLease refund the deposit (to my credit card). I will be relisting this shipment right away as I still need the item (Bobcat 763) transported.

I did not communicate with Mr. Hendricks prior to his Book It Now action. Mr. Hendricks requested $500 prior to transport, I trusted in him to honor his contract and wired the funds. Mr. Hendricks does not communicate his locaation or schedule. He refused to transport my listing and had a nice Florida vacation on my $500! He is quite unashamed of his actions. Sadly I must leave Negative Feedback as Mr. Hendricks refuses to refund my money or honor his contract.

Response from rhendricks1988: Yes, i kept her money, because she misrepresented her load. this was suppose to be an 8'x 30' enclosed haulmark trailer around 2000lbs. i paid 100 for storage for my trailer, and dead headed 300 miles to pick it up, and it was 8' wide 12'6 tall 30' long and weighed 18000lbs empty. no 1 ton can pull this being a tongue pull. plus she wanted me to put a 3500lb bucket inside in which the new owner of the trailer didn't know about. 300 miles back to pick up my trailer. lost 600 miles and my 100
