SHIPMENT TURNED OUT TO BE OVERSIZED LOAD THAT WE DID NOT FIND OUT ABOUT UNTILL WE ARRIVED AT PICK UP LOCATION. THIS TOOK TIME TO AQUIRE PERMITS FOR FIVE STATES AND TWICE AS LONG BECAUSE OF NO NIGHT DRIVING. SHIPPER DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH BUT WE DID MANAGE TO COMPLETE JOB AND WE WERE PAID ON TIME .THIS DID CAUSE DELAYS TO TO OTHER JOBS WE WERE WORKINGON. WE WOULD WORK FOR THEM AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE B+ SHIPPER

We quoted for a full truck & moved a full truck worth. One item would not fit due to weights. Customer has not paid and has refused to pay. Carriers be careful, as this customer is based in Mexico. Get all your money up front.

You quoted for all the items, not a single load. You refused to load all items so they can fit properly in a single load. You left abandoned an Item that was impounded later by not picking it up on time, I lost 5,000 USD + $ 500 in storages fees by your mistakes, I never refused to pay. Until today, I'm willing to pay once you finish your job, and credit the storage fees I paid because of your poor service.
