Roberto is extreemly flexible and handled the variable nature of my delivery window without concern. My pickup and delivery was on-time and avaiable at least 6 hours earlier than I expected.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Hi,
The service provider was supposed to pick up my car this morning. I called the shipper this morning and he told me that he injured his elbow/arm last night so he will not be able to pick up my car. So, I would like to recieve a refund on my credit card because this shipper did not come through like they were supposed to.

Great shipper! Helped out with the loading on both ends and the goods arrived in good order. He was delayed by traffic a little but then arrived on the dot after we rescheduled delivery. Would absolutely not hesitate to use his services again. Honest and prompt and he also actually answers his phone, unlike some other companies who you play endless phone tag with. Great shipper!
