The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped After Shipper arrived at Broker in NV the day before scheduled pickup by transporter, Shipper found that the Tiara 3100 was not as advertised and refused to take possession of the boat. Shipper was professional and courteous during cancellation with transporter. Dennis w/ Phifer Industries, Inc.

They were great people to deal with, there boat buying deal fell through. Just wish we would have recieved more notice as we drove 4 hours, got a hotel room and payed for permits then got a call afternoon before pickup that the deal was off.
