Smart thing to do is to look at feedback to help decide if thats the person you want to haul for you.Primarily,you look at cancels, neutrals and negs.I did that exact thing and found“above and beyond”to be a common phrase used by his shippers.The exowner of my forklift gave wrong width dimensions.It was way narrower he estimated so it wouldn’t go on standard loading ramps.To make a long story short,what would have taken 15 min,max,load and unload time,took 2+hrs. As promised, he got ‘er done! A+
