Customer cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward..
We attempted to make an initial pick up on Friday. The driver did not have ramps to load up the truck. We rescheduled for another truck with ramps. We were first told we did not need ramps until after we attempted the first pick up that we would indeed need the ramps.
