Delivered damaged, late and missing equipment. No help from the company. Driver asked for money for a hotel room during transport. Something is not right here.

This customer unfortunately has left negative feedback after his boat engine froze and cracked during transport from southern AZ, to northern MO, which at the time had daytime temperatures in the low teens. The customer did not certify that the boat he purchased, was prepared for a colder climate (ie no antifreeze) and attempted to blame our company for his lack of foresight. We were simply hired to transport the boat and made no assurances that the boat had been winterized by the seller.

Shipper was always in touch, very communicative and flexible. Dealt with a lot of bad weather and other issues but still worked hard to make it here. Good deal, helped us carry the package at the dropoff site as well. Very nice guy. Needs to give more conservative estimates on pickup dates and such next time, taking account of possible contingencies.

He had his wife call in the middle of the trip to borrow gas money,very unprofessional.damaged item,late on delivery by two days

As with many members of this site, this customer purchased an item sight-un-seen. Our drivers are trained to document and photograph any obvious damages to all eBay shipments, as our driver did. Regardless of the photographic proof, this member called 3 days later demanding compensation. This member also refused to make payment until delivery,instead of making payment at or before pickup, as his contract clearly stated.The driver didn't call to borrow money-dispatch called to collect. Beware!!

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time As stated in the terms of the bid, and in our terms of service, all shipments are to be paid BEFORE or AT THE TIME OF PICK UP. This is standard industry policy, and this was explained to the customer, and the customer did not request provisions for COD. The delays in pick up were due to the numerous heavy snowstorms in the east. This was also explained to the customer. While we do our best to keep to keep as accurate a schedule as possible, we cannot control the weather and road conditions.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Did not show up and asked for money (which was cod in the deal). Suspicious activity...

Dispatch contacted this customer to collect payment when driver arrived in the vicinity of the pickup location,on schedule;not realizing that special COD arrangements had been made.Dispatch became aware of the oversight while on the phone with customer but member cancelled regardlessly & without prior notice wasting the driver's time,money and fuel.Our drivers lease our trucks and pay for all expenses,which all come out of agreed payment for shipments.Last minute cancellations hurt the drivers.
