REP Transport is a family owned company. We provide friendly and fast service at a great price! Most of our loads consist of vehicles and motorcycles. We plan on having a boat trailer in the near future. We are in a prime area. Less than an hour from Baltimore MD and Washington DC. - Did not fulfil booking conditions. - Repeated delays in collection - Even late on day of collection - If you need look the requirements on the listing, none of these got done. - 4 new wheels ($700) of new wheels did not get mounted and have gone missing for the trailer. Very bad experience, a heartache and a headache.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Our truck lost a fuel injector and it needed to be replaced. We lost a few days due to this repair and fell a little behind on our schedule. I apologize we were unable to accommodate your shipment.

I understand relays, this now could have been resolved by constant communication after I called everyday for four days with no call back or up date. This has now killed my pick deadline and budget.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved A bid was submitted with a pick up date of 6/9/12 b/c we were in the NC area and we could only pick up ON 6/9/12. Our bid was accepted on 6/10/12. We have been trying to work it into our schedule as quickly as possible. The customer accepted our bid a day AFTER we promised to pick up the car. I apologize for the inconvenience and the additional storage fees, but we tried the best we could to fit him into our schedule and we wont be able to until next week.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Very pleasant people to speak with. When we showed up, the car was in a fenced in yard behind a house. We would have been able to winch the car up onto our trailer if it was in a driveway or anywhere else instead of a fenced in yard where we could not get our 50ft trailer. There were not enough people present to push the vehicle out of the yard to load it. It is unfortunate we were unable to help this customer, but I'm glad they found another way to transport their vehicle. Thank you

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment On 06/09/2010 Service Provider sent a bid to pick up the car on 06/09/2012 (which was Saturday) or in the beginning of the week. Payment was made on 06/10/2012. Service Provider did not pick up the car on or after 06/11/2012. I contacted Service Provider numerous times. Service Provider (Robert) has been telling me many different excuses for the last week. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Before I accepted the bid,having read that the provider would be using a car hauler trailer, I communicated with the them that the car did not run, the car was in a driveway off a busy 2 lane road, would they be able to do it? The response was, yes I have a winch. I accepted the bid, they showed up and could not get the car. All communications were pleasant, circumstances were such that they couldn't do what we needed. I had to make other arrangements. Thank you.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I dont want a credit. I want a Refund. This is not my problem and I will never use this again. NO response from shipper. I was NOT provided any service from you or the shipper. Your customer service is a joke. Why be open if all you can do is collect money from more un suspecting clients? If you list phone numbers, I would assume you want the work, not to have full voicemail and no respone to e-mail either. I for one am a very dis satisfied FORMER client.
