The first shipper was a no show for a couple of weeks. When we got a diffrent shipper the rest went better. However, I tried to use the same shipper (Daniel)that finally did transport my boat a second time but the driver took my deposit and hasen't been heard from again. My bad, I called Daniel direct for the job. His name Daniel out of Oklahoma. If this is reviewed by Renegade you might want to think about letting this shipper go!!! He's a thief. I'm having to take legal action against him. I

Renegade Trans. never had the equipment for shipment. Internal strife, etc. I have been requesting a refund, even agreed to 8% 'cancel' fee, but after 3 months of asking, all kinds of stories (acct. frozen, retiring, phoney promises, rude responses (when they even respond ), and still NO refund. Asked Uship for help but no cooperation. Filed complaints w/ U.S. Att. General for fraud. Hope to get relief. $2500 Now his 'girlfriend' is running business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. BIG RIPOFF !

Renagade is OK the deal with. the driver was low grade ,demending more money at pick up, cost me extra over the bid, get lost, I have look for him then guide to my place, treating me at his level , which is not very high, I recommeng Renagda with outh Harly.

Bike was damaged in transit (a tip over at some point). Damage was documented right then and there, and co. HQ informed. Charles Freeman says that his insurance co. has asked for more information. I am still awaiting some kind of documentation from Charles to show the status of this claim, but to date have received none. How this damage claim is handled will determine if my final feedback for this company is positive or negative. For now...I reserve judgement.

what with this man/he transfered pictures to me on a bike that he said was damaged on its way to canada and I turned it over to insurance company who will deal with this problem. Driver Rodney says it did not get tiped over and it was the only thing in the back of his truck. But company has done what it needed to do in this case/jerilyn

You are the one who has a problem with your bike not us! He has been there two times and attempted to load that bike. will contact the buyer and inform him there of. The two hundred dollars will go to Rodney for his troubles and a copy will go to uship as of this email/ Response from jclith: This shipper does not have a motorcycle trailer to ship, and has misrepresented his abilities. His driver, Rodney, has never loaded a motorcycle.

I am going to charge him with fraud..
