I am ready to give a positive to this Shipper. The communication throughout the shipment period was good. I was able reach him right away and all my questions were answered in a timely manner. Eventhough, the shipment was more than what I liisted, there was no complaining or whining. I really appreciated that and I will recommend this Shipper to anybody.

Andrew and his partner were very nice guys and overall a good job picking up all my furniture in PA and South Jersey and manage to move a couch that took alot of time to get into the apt.(which I really appreciated!) my only issue with them was they did not take money off of the price since all but 1 piece of furniture was wraped up and ready to go and even on a pallet when they got to NJ so all they had to do was put it on the truck. They also did not remove any trash from the move.

I explained to the shipper that we are not charging you for the additional pick up from New Jersey and we did not create the trash to pick up. We only pick up the trash that we create on a job. If you want us to clean your apartment, there is a separate charge for that and we will gladly do it for a fee. Thank you for using our service and I hope you will understand all the services that we provide the next time you want us to pick up from New Jersey. classic413
