It's been nearly 3 weeks now and I did not get returned phone calls, email messages nor my refund. How would you categorize that?

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provider insisted on payment up front, then did not show up when scheduled, did not return phone calls nor emails to let me know what was going on. Finally today after my 6th contact attempt I reached him and he acted as if he didn't know who I was nor what shipment he had agreed to send. He said he would refund my fee when he returns to the office in 3 days. I won't hold my breath. Please see all of the negative feedback about this shipper. You may want to remove him.
