It was difficult getting in touch with service provider, they changed arrival time a few times, did well setting up travel trailer once they arrived.

Shipper canceled after a missed phone call. We worked that out and then we delivered on the day we agreed on just later in the day.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The transporter has had numerous challenges that have prevented them from executing this mission. I can no longer wait. The transporter also does not have a good time table as to when they would possibly be able to do this lift. I need to cancel and relist this movement.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Shipper has not returned my calls. The last time I heard from her last Wed. she told me her truck was broke down and she might be able to get it this week. Have been trying to reach her since Friday ( one number is no longer in service and left several messages on the other phone with no response.I have to make other arrangments now to get this picked up this week

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Upon initial contact the provider stated that shipment would be scheduled within a week. I did not hear from provider a week and a half later so I contacted them at which point I was told shipment/pickup would take place in a week. Provider did not show up on agreed upon day and did not even contact me to notify me. That being said I called the provider, whom then informed me that shipment would not be able to take place until four days later to which I agreed. I then tried to contact the provid

Shipper accepted our bid after the dates I stated we were avaliable. I told him I would let him know when I was headed back his way. I did that. The shippment was delayed @ the last min. I notified him as soon I was told. He called me on Monday to cancel. I called him Tues. to see if he would reconsider with pick up on Thursday he said no. I don't know of any missed calls, emails or text

No Detailed Feedback Available I no longer need my item(s) shipped the shipper/exporting company advised me that the boat/trailer would not fit into the container that they were providing and raised my shiiping quote to "Double" of what was agreed to last week. I will now have to find a different export company, make a booking and then relist the boat for shipping quotes from U Ship and/or its affiliates. Thanks for your considerdation into this disaster and sorry to your company and the Provider and their understanding. R
