Communication could have been better. Also pick up time was vastly delayed, and approx time of delivery was not stated. Only one piece of china broken, and bottom feet off back of hope chest.
Friendly people, need more financial backing if they want to continue this enterprise. I don't think they have the man power to move a whole house.
I didn't expect a pick up truck with an enclosed trailer. Contents of one box with the china was wet, they did repack in a dry box.

Driver was 5 days late for pickup due to mechanical problems. Failed to call me to tell me they would be late and caused a lot of inconvenience. Shipment arrived one day early at destination (YEAH), but I had agreed to pay them with paypal on arrival and they insisted on cash. Sister on other end had to run to the bank late at night (as they delivered it really late). They are trying hard. Nice people, but they really need to work on communication and organization for their business.

DO NOT USE!!!! Carrier bid on my load knowing full well that I had large items which were listed in the load info, they even e-mailed me asking how large they were to make sure it would fit and showed up with a smaller trailer and could only take half my load and agreed to come back and pick up the rest and did not after delivery. Also carrier showed up a day late and I had to take off work costing me money. Boxes were wet. Call me at 360-349-9911 to hear all the details of my horror shipment. Y

Actually this guy is the scamer. I was there and he kept changing everything we where to transport. Then when we got there he refused to pay anything from what he owed us. I have never had bad feedback or had problems before this man. He is not trust worthy and he will take you for everything you got. I have lost over a $1000.00 because of this man and alot of time. I lost days and two other bids because of him. So he is not the one to trust.

Pickup on time as agreed. Pet arrived a couple of days late but well cared for and happy. Communications from driver(s)could have been better but understand they experienced technical difficulty with cell phone. They try hard to do a good job.

I am extremely pleased by our shipment. Our dog was taken care of very well, with proper care and respect. Also, driver was awesome in communicating with me per directions as well as expectations.
