The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I would like to say how disappointed I am with "winpackaging". I had two stops in the LA area, both with oversized sofas to be picked up. I got a call that the truck being sent to the first location "broke down" and was not going to be able to get there before the place closed. On the second stop, they sent one mover to load what I described as on "oversized" sofa. The gentleman left, and I was sent an email saying they wanted to cancel the order. Now I am stuck with no movers!
Response from winpackaging:
Our driver showed up and waited over 30 minutes to have someone meet him at the location. We were told that these were sofa frames and 2 chairs. Some lady shows up other than the actual customer and starts to rant about how she wanted "4-5 guys" to do the load. Never apologizes for being late and showed no respect at all. She then continues to rant about the item being insured for $60,000!! Crazy.. we were never told this prior to. We simply did not feel comfortable dealing with this customer.
