The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider was advised that the seller of the vehicle would not release the car until Saturday August 18th. Within my bid it states that I need the shipment completed by August 31st which is within that time period. The service provider agreed to this change and now wants to pull out. I really don't understand why he would agree and then change.
