I did not show up at agreed upon date and time He said every thing was OK, then an hour later cancelled on me. He is not a man of his word.

Shipper called my roomate at the pick up location, left voicemail, "im calling about the uhhh suzuki motorcycle, the uhhh G S X R 1000 to pick it up for shipment". Old roomate returned phone call immediately and shipper did not answer nor return phone call. Was not about to let my bike be shipped by the lowest bidder with no insurance this unprofessional.

No Detailed Feedback Available I no longer need my item(s) shipped Chad was responsive and helpful and I cannot say enough positive things about his willingness to help with this difficult project. After speaking with him and the seller of the large hut I was attempting to purchase/move, it became apparent that I would not be able to purchase the hut and therefore did not need it moved. Thanks Chad, and I will recommomend his services to anyone who needs it.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I have been waiting for a month. It is very very hard to contact the service provider. He said he was sick, he was in the area that does not have cell phone network?!?! and when i email him many many times but he replies me only 2 or 3 times. He asked to change the pick up date many times but never did it. Sorry, i have been very patient but i cant wait anymore. However, he seemed nice when we talk on phone but no more time waster. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper was supposed to pick up motorcycle on wednesday, April 9th and deliver motorcycle Saturday, April 12th. After trying to contact shipper, shipper contacted me back Friday, April 11th, in order to pick up motorycle Saturday, April 12th with no set delivery date. Completely unprofessional.

This customer was dishonest and did not communicate about the time frame. Then at the last minute when I was in route he cancelled with no call to me. I lost over $150.00 in gas $ because he did not let me know. A total disappointment of bad business manners.
