Dale was a pleasure to deal with. He even washed my trailer prior to delivery! Once on the road, Dale communicated his status and delivered within a half hour of his appointed time. Our shipment was scheduled as “flexible delivery”. The trailer was picked up within a few days after scheduling and stored in a secure location for a few weeks. There were delays due to scheduling and some mechanical issues, however I understood the nature of his business and accepted the delays.
