There were minor delays due to unforeseen circumstances (mechanical breakdowns, etc.) and the member did their best to accommodate the situation

Bates Express is a 1st class operation with good experience in shipping motorbikes. My bike arrived in pre-ship condition, the shipper stayed in constant communication with me. There were minor delays in delivery due to unforseen problems with his truck, but of no big consequence. Pick-up at the other end went smoothly. I would use this shipper again.
