I did not show up at agreed upon date and time.
I had a family emergency. My father recently had a stroke that left him partially paralyzed. I'll be in Chicago on Friday to make the pickup. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I left you a message yesterday.

We gave this guy another chance because of his Family illness, and he never called or showed up for the second time also. I will reject any bid from him in the future. Did not even call. Made customer wait on 2 different days and never called or showed up.
