The differeence between a good provider and a great provider is how they deal with a change of plans. Paul took it all in stride and worked with me until we had a viable solution. Thoroughly professional, great communication. If you need something hauled in their service area you won't finder a better provider than Goheen.

Sierra is a broker. They are not proactive- you have to call them for financial and transport details. The trucker (M&S) called w/progress reports and delivered the car ahead of schedule. There were payment issues between Sierra & M+S. My car was not shipped AS AGREED in an enclosed trailer. Sierra is hard to deal with and did not honor the enclosed trailer bid agreement.
Response from SIERRA:
we let mr. leahy know who was picking his car up @ what time and when,we called and left message that enclosed trailer was going to shop for repair, and a open trailer could do it with no problem,he did not return our call, so we figure everything was okay,as you can see in his feedback, the car was delivered before schedule with no damage, but its hard to please everyone.
