True this shipper is a broker, but most shippers are. They have a network of trucks that they use all the time and know more about the shipping process than anyone. Don was very attentive and if I was not able to get a hold of by phone he responded to email very quickly. The shippers did a great job with a unique lawnmower that I needed shipped. I would reccomend this shipper to anyone. Keep in mind,many shippers will make promises and try there best, Don came through and the time frame was good

A fabulous provider. Quick, honest, and answered all of my questions even when I was making a pain of myself. This is an ugly business at times, full of empty promises and half-truths. So I really held the provider's feet to the fire. He was as good as his word, very personable, and followed up with me. Don gets and A+ and my eternal gratitude. Oh, and the car arrived on time (early, in fact) and perfectly cared for by a caring and conscientous driver. Thanks to all for a great experience.

This is not correct, shipper was contacted the day of booking and both in the shipment details and verbally I was told the car would be picked up in 24-48 hours from a trailer out of Glastron and transit time would be 5 days. I was then told the shipment would be picked up by a truck out of TN last weekend, again no truck no communication. I contacted the shipper every 2-3 days and excuses where constantly made. He had two weeks to get the car picked up, and was very poor with returning calls

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Upon initial contact with the service provider I was told that the vehicle would be picked up no later than Thursday. I called last Thursday and he said that carrier became unavailable but he had another carrier currently in TN that would be picking up the vehicle last weekend. I received no communication over the weekend and on Monday was told he was having trouble filling the order. I have left three messages since Monday with no response.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time rates4u bid my car shipment on September 17, I accepted on September 18, the service provider supposed to shipping my car before September 23, now is October 4, no sign they could ship my car soon. The reason rates4u gave is that I accepted the bid one day late, if they couldn't ship my car, they should cancel it long time ago.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Cannot accomodate his commitment in a timely manner Telling me stories that vehicle WAS picked up and on it's way when the vehicle has not even been picked up " PERIOD" I have been the only communication link with this shipper and I do not know if he is even attempting to resolve problem ? He did return my deposit (thanks) but I do not feel comfortable dealing with his company

THis is a total lie. We are not a double broker. This guy booked the shipment and expected a car carrier to pick it up the same day. He spent no money on hotels He was having it delivered to his home in lancaster pa. I told him to just pay the trucking company we wanted no broker fees. That I was trying to help him find an empty carrier in South Carolina the same day. This is a totally false statement
