I am extremely happy with Randy and his treatment of my 2 dachsies. My babies arrived on time and very happy and healthy. They tried to go with Randy when he turned to leave! They rode in the front seat of his car and received lots of extra attention. I could tell that they bonded with him. He answered his cell phone every time I called to check in and was very informative as to how they were doing and where they were on their way home to me. I would recommend Randy to anyone.

my experience with shippers has been different every time, but this time i found it rather disturbing.my great dane puppy was picked up on tuesday and he weighed in at about 43lbs. when he reached ny on friday he weighed 32 lbs and was starving. now i'm not sure how much food he fed him but obviously not enough. now, randy was very kind and picked up and delivered on time. i will use uship again in the future, just not him..

The breeder sent approx. 2# of food with the dog, which is plenty of food for a 3 day trip, in which the dog ate all of it. The dog was fed every morning and every evening when I would stop for the night. If I was not to feed the dog at all, she would NOT lose 11 pounds in 3 days. I treat ALL of my shipments as if they were my own pets. They get fed and watered and are given lots of love and affection. Randy

Randy took good care of my dog and my cat across the country. He worked well with my schedule for delivery and was able to be contacted while in route. My dog wouldn't eat, so Randy gave him some chicken to make sure he eat something! Thanks Randy, we are happy in California now!

To start, Randy was outstanding on the bids, and when I had questions I was able to call him and ask. I never feltit was a bad time to call, and check on Lillie, and every time Randy gave me an update on how she was doing, as well as how he was doing. I was told where they were, and got a Phone call four hours ahead of them getting here. I was shocked that Randy was able to pick Lillie up erly, but it wasn't a problam. She seemed fine in his hands, and if I had to, I would use Randy again

Randy was absolutely awesome with my cats! Having never done this before, I wasn't so sure about leaving them with a stranger, but they arrived lightning fast in happy conditions.
