I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Shipper did not pickup up the shipment when it was originally scheduled and has not contacted me or the seller to make other arrangements, nor responded to repeated attempts to contact him

It may have taken a little longer than I would have liked, but Randy did the job well. He got my items from point A to point B without incident and, though very oversized, he and his son did a splendid job of off-loading them as well.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time When bid was first accepted and information was sent there was no communication from service provider. I had to contact them. When a contract was sent it was not returned and no attempt to contact me after that. The date I was given as pick up time has passed and again I had to contact service provider. I can no longer wait for them to follow through. Regardless of their circumstances communication is key to doing good business

We shipped a 3000 pound rose quartz boulder from Lubbock to Boerne. Randy delivered it in good condition, carefully packaged it, communicated well, and resolved problems as they occurred. There were some equipment issues on both pickup and delivery.He worked around these (at his own cost) and kept communicating.He used a fork-lift in Boerne because he did not have a winch truck there, and the boulder slipped six inches off the fork-lift. It was undamaged.Good carrier personally;discuss equipment

Randy is an honest trust worthy person that I would not hesitate to call again. He took his time and made sure my Bus got here safely. He is not flashy but gets the job done with caution.
