Hello my name is Randy I am a independent Freight forwarder, broker. I have been in the import business since 2000 and have many contacts across the US to move freight, personal items, vehicles, household items, livestock and much more.
Why use a broker/forwarding agent?
I am given huge discounts for the volume of shipments I do. I take my discounted rate, add a small service fee to it and then you have your price.
We use national and local carriers all of which have superb track records. If a carrier doesn't have a good reputation with me I will not use them even if their price is better. Sorry I only deal with companies that back up their service.
Tracking info - We strive to provide quick detailed tracking on our shipments. 90 % of which will have automated online tracking for you to use.
