It was my worth nightmare. They offered service in 2 days and took them 13 days to deliver. I had to report it lost to the police and the insurance company. No email or calls for 5 days, believe me it was like a horror movie. Also, at the third day, Uship cancelled their account due to some other problem. At the end and after not paying them the rest of the money, they finally deliver them leaving them at night without any security or anything else. must be very careful to deal with them.

No communication. Six delays on shipment. Never picked up due to never communicating dates with me. Am currently looking for a new transport.

POOR SERVICE AT BEST.Accepted the BID and received all paperwork(FAXED OVER TO THE HOTEL AND CONFIRMED WITH RON),promised to pick up next day or to pay storage fee if late and vanished without a single phone call or email.Didn't return any messages.Had to find another carrier and paid storage fees myself.Left me "hanging" not knowing what was going on.BE WARE !!!!!

RandK Transports picked up my outboard in Vegas, very promptly, but they had mechanical problems, I was worried but they got my outboard delivered safe and sound and at a very good price, They did their best and they kept their word, and they are a very nice couple that got the job done! I would use them again!

Ron and Kim were very pleasant to deal with and communicated to me throughout the process of moving my bike. I would definitely recommend them.
