THIS GAL KNEW I HAD A PERFECT SCORE, SHE TRIED TO GET ME TO TAKE ALOT MORE ITEMS FOR FREE, AND AFTER GOING THROUGH MUCH TRIBULATION BEFORE I ATTEMPTED TO GET HER LOAD, SHE KNEW I GOT UP @ 5AM TO GET THIS, AND IF IT WASNT READY, IT WOULD COST ME DEARLY. SHE WOULD NOT RESPOND TO OUR ATTEMPTS TO GET THIS RESOLVED AND THEN LEAVES ME A VICIOUS FEEDBACK

Nor rain,sleet or snow will stop Ralph with RedLine Trucking! Our shipment was picked up on time and delivered to the destination on schedule even with one of the worst snow storms in 2008.No damage and Ralph was flexible with a growing shipment. We will engage Red Line again for another project.

Response from ralph6444: Rough weather and an accident caused this whole run to be a very challenging situation! But "It" happens, and I appreciate you understanding that! A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
Shipper could not deliver within time frame agreed upon due to bad weather on the East Coast. Shipper was easily contacted and did everything possible to work things out. Cancellation is due to issues outside of his control.

Response from ralph6444: I really appreciate you understanding our dilemma. Being hit by someone in that blizzard caused alot of grief, and put me way behind schedule! All my clients were understandable about the situation, except one. I do thank you, for your words of understanding, and not trying to make me look bad. Especially since I have maintained a 100% positive score till this freak accident. I hope you find another shipper who will pull this off for you, without any glitches. Take Care!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
We had agreed for pick up Thursday or Friday. Was in a wreck so pickup was to be done by the end of the weekend with delivery on Monday or Tuesday. Ok that was acceptable. No contact on Saturday as to status, tried calling 3 times on Sunday with no anwser until 9 pm via email. After finding out he had not yet picked up my stuff and wouldn't until at least Tuesday with delivery Thursday or Friday.

Response from ralph6444: Sorry we weren't able to perform this transport for you. Being in that wreck left us at the mercy of the repair shops. And they wouldnt stop everything they were doing, just to get us back on the road. I did in fact contact all the pickup locations by email, cause my phone kept losing signal. I do apologize for the inconvenience. Good Luck though!
