The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
The bid was accepted before it expired, however, I later heard from the shipper they had already passed through my area, and could no longer fulfill the shipment. This was very disappointing to me and my customer, who was paying for the shipping. It could cost me this sale. And, has been a huge inconvenience.

and waited till very last minute to accept
bid and we already passed the area
in future we will cancel bids prior to leaving area ,even if they have an hour or two left

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
I told this shipper That I was waiting for a complete load before I come down to fl..I told him it would be this week or next week and he said that was fine with him.. Now He is upset because I wont be down there till next week... And he told me that was ok..

Rainbow was AWESOME to work with! Not only are they a Shipper but are a couselor as well, in the fact that they provide VERY positive guidance to the Carrier. Rainbow personnel treated you like one of the familiy from the beginning to end. They were very aggressive to respond whenever contacted. Even though there wasn't anyone to recieve delivery at the freight's destination, Rainbow provided a very workable and reasonable solution. What an awesome and rewarding experience! Thankyou Rainbow.
