I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period After three weeks, ALsuperstore has made no efforts to schedule pick-up. ALsuperstore gave very vague/ambiguous excuses for not being able to do so and then broke off all contact. They are not answering phone calls or emails. The few times I was able to get someone to answer the phone were not confidence inspiring. This company is poorly managed and is lacking in even the most basic customer service principles. Unfortunately, ALsuperstore has another of my shipments in their possession. T
