I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment We never agreed on an actual date, schedules for trucks have to be done. I had one truck scheduled to pick this up, but the first piece took up more room than quoted. We were scrambling to get another truck on it right away, but she was unreasonable in her time frames.

FIRST of all there was NO messages left for me.I had to do all of the calling,and have cell phone records to prove. All I got was broken promises. I put in, and provided funding for an actual pick-up time per THEIR request.Did not get this one nor the next 2 promises for pick-ups.Due to necessity had to cancel. 2 weeks later still no refund as promised. Funny, you can overnight or wire (at their request), but they can't refund in a timely manner due to their BREACH of CONTRACT,

There is no rating that would justify how happy I am with this provider. They are FANTASTIC!! On a 1-10 bases I rate them a 100!!! To all of you looking for a honest, reliable, and good mover, these guys are the ones to go with!!! Thanks for what you did, you were truly a life safer!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Bid was excepted with the understainding our tractor would be picked up and delivered to us that week-end. It was not. Told it was on the board to be picked up that Monday or Tues. Was not. Called us and said it was going to be picked up at noon that Thur. Was not. Then was told not until sometime at the beginning of the week. Did not keep in touch with us, we had to iniciated all of the phone calls.

Until we receive our contract back, we do not even schedule a truck for this. Sceduling of this was not feasible as the truck would not make the pick up and delivery when she requested it be done. Whenever we called her, all we got was voice mail and left several messages.
