Member failed to communicate (did not return calls, etc.)
Member made significant misrepresentations and refused to work out an agreeable solution
There were long delays that were entirely the fault of the member AND the member did not even try to fix the situation ...
Bottom line - Joe indicated on two seperate e-mails he would pick the load and never showed and would not return phone calls ... ended up with "Willie" same price and delivered 24 hours later.

We never agreed on a date what so ever for a pick up, never once made a mis-representation, sorry I wasn't "johnny on the spot" for you, I have other loads coming and going 24-7, a little patience and we could have got this done with out a serious hitch what so ever, everyone one else seems to be happy, of course, they are only human as well. I'm very glad Willie was able to knock this out for you and sorry we couldn't come to a head on it.

Joe was great, he delivered my vehicle in tip top condition. He was wonderful and polite through the entire process. He kept me informed of pick up and delivery expectations and was very flexible on payment type. If the need ever arises again for a shipment of any kind, Joe is who I will call.
