I was very impressed with Bill from start to finish. He picked up the boat when he said he would and delivered it promptly. He was always available for questions and was great at letting me know what was going on and what to expect. If he was without phone service (as happens driving through BC and Alaska) he would contact me the next time he could. He took great care strapping the boat down for the trip. I would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.
