Customer had more than a few hours head notice to fax in the proper paper with his seller ID and the lot number (which is needed to get the car released to our possession

Vehicle is accuring daily storage fee. Response from gfreight: The contract clear stated 7 days to pick up vehicle, customer was not willing to wait 7 days.

Response from Texbiz09: Vehicle booked on the 15th of June driver @ the auction on the 16th of June. Customer did not provide the proper paperwork to get the vehicle released from the auction. customer had more than 4 hours to fax over the lot# and buyer# that is required to get the vehicle out. Customer called me at 4:49p.m and told him that car has not been picked due to him not faxing the buyers receipt; his response "I forgot to send it to you".
