Interesting that I posted a neutral feedback to the shipper and the shipper posted negative feedback. Let me be more clear about what happened. I had a verbal agreement from the shipper that my car would be picked up on the 14th and delivered by the 18th. I called to confirm my shipment and was told the car had to be picked up on the 10th even though I was out of town. I tried to re-negotiate but was unable to, I had to drive 100 miles back to LA to have my car shipped. POOR SERVICE.

Shipment needed to be picked up early and was delivered late. Issues with timing of pickup and delivery. Overall not a bad shipment but not as good as it could have been.

Customer was happy at delivery !!! I don't know what is the problem. Customer didn't contact any one from the Dispatch department with any problem. Car was picked up as promissed and deliver on time !!!

Shipment was delivered on time but there were a few issues that people should be warned about. First boxes labeled as fragile were put on the bottom and some things were broken even though packed correctly. Second, quoted price will NOT include tape, boxes for artwork, wardrobe boxes, etc. (unless specified), distances over 75 feet. My final bill ended up being 50% more than my quoted price.

The customer paid extra $680 (%30 not %50) for packing, elevator and long carry.I called to the customer to ask if everything is O.K. and he told me that everything is perfect. I will never pickup for this customer again
