I no longer need my item(s) shipped.
I acquired a new truck and decided to handle the move myself. I contacted the shipper and notified him of the cancellation; I believe he understands and accepts the situation. This should not reflect negatively on QBall or Andre. He has been reasonable and professional throughout.
