Shipper was very difficult to please and not understanding at all. Vehicle was picked up on time as promised. Delivery was late due to mechanical problems in truck. Out of our control, Did communicate with shipper but he was very dissastisfied.

knowing what is going it does not make me difficult to please i paid you on time and all i asked was to be updated every time you said youd get right back with me you never called me back and the car was 12 days late would you like me to be happy if you kept in touch i would have been satisfied but you couldnt even do that
