Here at Pumula Horse Carriers, we offer personalized care and attention to your horses and their needs, as well as the most direct routing possible, so your horse spends the least time possible in transit. We have both a three horse goose neck trailer for long hauls, and a two horse trailer for local and custom hauls. Both are huge inside, with biggest in class head room. We are able to constantly monitor horses, with direct visual in the two horse and with on board cameras in the three horse. The owner has a CDL A license, with 22 years of horse riding,horse care and horse transport experience. Pumula Horse Carriers is fully compliant with DOT safety regulations, and has full motor carrier authority with over $795 000 of liability and cargo insurance. We are also E Carrier verified with U Ship.We really do believe in our motto,"safety and service above all".

Rowan was not just a 'shipper' he is a horseman. My mare arrived exactly on time and he picked up on the departure site dead nuts on time there too. He stayed in contact with me both prior to shipping during the coordination phase, as soon as she was loaded, and several times during the trip. She was well cared for in a lovely rig, as comfortable as one could hope to get. A long trip and yet my mare arrived calm and in excellent condition. I recommend w/top billing and will use him again.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am a 1st time user of Uship and Rowan is the best. Called me to tell me he was picking up my machine. He let me know the engine sounded good (I purchased on ebay) and emailed me with updates on his drive. Delivered in one day! Wow. Thanks Rowan!

Rowan delivered my new horse promptly and in great condition. His willingness to accomodate a short notice haul was greatly appreciated. He stayed in touch with me throughout the trip, letting me know where they were and how "Homer" was doing. Very professional service. We will certainly be calling Rowan again for our hauling needs.

Rowan was wonderful. Great communication before pick up and during the trip. He took good care of my little mini and got him here to me safe and sound and even a couple of hours ahead of his estimated time of arrival. Wonderful company to ship your horse. The owner/driver is very knowlegable and experienced with horses. My horse arrived in perfect condition. This mare was never trailered before and he took his time with her. Would absolutely recommend.

Response from pumula:
Customer was aware of pick up dates during bidding process. However the folks at pick up point were not notified by customer. "Horse could not be caught", so I was unable to ship as agreed. A costly customer error.
