Very positive and professional. Even when we thought there might be some damage, there was no problem with getting things started. It turned out though that there wasn't any damage at all. Even the trucking company was super helpful - they brought the pallets up our long driveway - even after we were told the delivery would be at the street only. PSNorth is highly recommended.
