Carla kept in touch with me and, even though she'd had surgery and couldn't make it, Jim was there to take her place. The puppy arrived well and safe. I would use her again.

Great communications and Carla worked very hard to accomodate all my pick-ups. The table and chairs were delivered in super condition and set up for me also. My partner drove 600 miles off of his route round trip through ice and snowy mountains in CO to pick up her dog before being told AT THE DOOR that she is no longer moving and doesn't need her dog taken to CA any longer.

I accepted customer's book it now price, but customer shipped via Fedex before I could complete the transaction. I even rearranged an earlier trip so that I could pick up early to accommodate, but customer neglected to let me know item had already been shipped.

Carla was outstanding to deal with. The lines of communication were always open, with close to constant updates, and awesome treatment of our cat. Carla arrived on time for pick up and delivery, so it all worked out very well. Our cat rode on a pillow on the way to Texas and was petted and loved on the whole way there! Carla treated my cat like she was her cat, and took very good care of her.
