Rating: Negative Left by: ericneal (104 ) On: 4/19/2009 For: 2007 Hummer H3	nice try but our policy is cash only (WHICH IS THE REAL PROBLEM ) after being told this he met me on a sunday with a check.i told him we dont accept checks and he started to complain about car dirty,ect ect .i said to bad cash only , after that cash suddenly appeared then he tried to beat me down on the bill.the truck was picked up within time allowed.THIS GUY IS THE REASON I DONT TAKE CHECKS!!! i guess 1 out of every 50 is not too bad.im sure ill meet more just like him,thats expected. Response from prnitz: If anyone would like to see Eric's original note telling me he could pick the vehicle on 4/5 and get it to me by 4/9 I will be glad to forward that. Guy shows up 2 weeks late on a Sunday with no banks open and then tells me he wont take a check. I am also doubting he has insurance because he could not produce proof when asked to do so three times. BEWARE

Car finally arrived 4/19 two weeks late. He offered no concession or even apology. Would not recommend. Response from ericneal: Nice try the real problem is he said the truck needed a detail before he could sell it.he then tried to pay with a check,when we told him we dont take checks ,he got all mad.We tell everyone cash only and (THIS GUY) is the reason.All he was worried about was beating us out of the bill.He failed to give the ins co the proper info to get a ins certificate.when we said cash only the cash suddenly appeared.It still was"nt over yet, he tried to beat us down on the bill.this deal happend in 14 days.

I am now trying to find out where it is and make arrangements to get it here to DE. I had no trouble with me shipper. The mistake was on the part of the company from whom I purchased the car. They mistakenly put it on another shipment. I need canceled and refunded the deposit. Thanks paul Response from GDOUBLENICKEL: I arrived at the pickup point on the agreed date and the vehicle had accidentally been shipped out with some other cars to Texas. This was no fault of the shipper , but the company that he purchased the vehicle from had made the mistake. Hope you found your car Paul , George
