First of the movers were 4 hours late to pick up my shipment from Indiana, there wasn't even a courtesy call to let me know. I had to call several times before I got an anwser. My Shipment was to be delivered on Sept. 10 and The movers have still not showed up. I have had no communication with fabian since the pick up date. I have left numerous voicemails and e-mails and no one has contacted me back. I'm starting to think they are not going to show, I feel like I'm being avoided.

It was impossible to communicate with the movers. Calls were not returned or else by a woman who did not speak English. Delivery was two days late and had to take off from work to handle it.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time multiple calls made, no response from fabian. i was given his personal cell phone to call, and still no response to messages left on voice mail. the shipment was supposed to be picked up today with no calls. info was supposed to be faxed to me with no info recieved. i took a chance on this company, but now i see why there have been so many cancellations and negative feedback

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Princess carriers did not respond to any messages via phone or email after the bid was accepted so I did not know when or if the service would take place.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time We had great communications while setting up the delivery, however this pickup turned out to be a no-call/no-show. He committed to be here at 10am. It's 90 minutes later with no call so I'm assuming he is unable keep this appointment and was unable to call for some reason so I'm putting it out for re-bid.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The service provider and I agreed to meet on 8.8.08. After calling him for 4 hours, I was finally able to reach him on this day, and he informed me that he was not able to honor our agreement till 8.9.08. Since he made a bid on a shipment that categorically specified 8.8.08 as the pickup and delivery date, in my mind, good business ethics require him to honor that request on 8.8.08. NOT 8.9.08.

Rating: Cancellation Left for: jeffnjenrgreat (6) On: 9/8/2008 For: subzero 601r refrigerator	After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer The cust. was confirmed for today 9/8, i spoke with him, as soon as I open the email from the of., I see the cancellation request, If I not mistaken the day have 24 hours, wich the day doesn't finish yet, but now my driven is 2:30pm, and I request a cancellation on this customer I not going to send my driver to a crazy guy who doesn't know what he want, the price was more than right for a shipment of this style, easy and fast and he couldn't handdle my negative feedback is for him, thanks fabian Response from jeffnjenrgreat: obviously, there must be some sort of communication barrier, maybe my english isn't up to par ;/ Princess carriers did NOT CANCEL THE SHIPMENT, I DID. I dont consider myself a crazy guy for expecting a phone call from a person who is going to pick up my goods. Their are 24 hours in a day, Fabian is correct, but the question is at what hour was he going to call? Just look at his feedback, need i say more, i should not have even justified his unintelligent response

The courtesy should have been given by princess carriers to let me know that they were not in the area after all, after I had accepted their bid. I could have understood that. Also if they didn't think they do the job then they should not have made the bid. I was under the impression you were available.

Rating: Cancellation Left for: rpawar2 (1) On: 8/13/2008 For: Student moving from Champaign	I did not show up at agreed upon date and time I received the email confirmation on 8/7/08 at 11:45pm, the office was close, so was imposible to put a truck on the morning to go there, the office opens 9:00am, As soon as I saw the confirmation I try to move the job for the next morning but was imposible by the customer, he needed in emergency, nothing I could do at that point. If I have a confirmation on the 8/7/08 at least 5:00pm I can put a crew and a truck to go there. thanks Fabian
