Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time.
Have exchanged emails with the customer. Called customer but he was out of reach during the time I tried to call him. Have made one attempt to pick up the item. Have spoken twice to the person who has the item.
Have called the person whoi has the item and indicated that I want to try to pick it up again this week.

Hooray!! Item was delivered today, after several miscomunications and comunication problems - eventually resolved. Tommy turned out to be a real nice guy - would definitely use him again, but if you want to get in touch with him make sure you do so via email!!
